1. What’s the delivery time?
Our delivery time can vary slightly depending on the ordered product or your location.
Custom Sex Dolls (Made-to-Order): Production ~3 weeks + Shipping 7-14 days. Total 3-4 weeks tops. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your custom doll is ready.
Ready-to-Ship Sex Dolls (US Stock): 5–7 business days. (Cannot be customized)
Timelines are estimates; delays may occur during holidays or due to customs.
2. Where’s my tracking number?
After ordering, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, you’ll get another email with the tracking number. You can also opt in for SMS updates at checkout.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Custom Dolls: Cancellations within 24 hours of payment are tiered: 100% (within 4h), 95% (4–8h), 80% (8–24h). After 24h, no cancellation as production has begun.
In-Stock Dolls: Cancellations only within 4 hours of payment (full refund). Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns unless defective. If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately.
4. Do I need to pay customs fees?
For USA customers, all taxes and customs fees are included in the price.
5. How is my privacy protected? How is my order packaged?
We ship in a plain, unbranded brown box with no markings. Your purchase details remain completely confidential.
6. What kind of lube should I use with my love doll?
Only water-based lubricant. Other types can damage the material. We do not recommend using the doll without lubricant.
7. Is client information confidential?
Absolutely. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing.
