Delivery Times
✅ Custom Sex Dolls (Made-to-Order):
Production time: 3 weeks
Shipping Time: 7-14Days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your custom doll is ready. Some customized dolls might take longer to arrive, but we aim for you to get the doll in 4 weeks tops.
✅ Ready To Ship Sex Dolls:
US Stock Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
Dolls stocked in US storage but cannot be customized.
⚠️ Disclaimer: The timelines above are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping can take longer during peak periods and holidays (including Chinese New Year), and may also be affected by unexpected disruptions beyond our control (for example COVID-19-related delays).
Important Notice (March 25, 2026):
Due to a recent increase in U.S. Customs inspection rates, all shipments to the United States may be subject to additional inspections. This may extend delivery times by at least 10 extra days. This notice is effective from March 25, 2026, and will remain valid until further notice. We will update this notice once inspection rates return to normal.
Guidelines for Shipping and Delivery Changes
Change Shipping Address:
Please confirm the address is correct before shipment. If you need to change the shipping address after the package has been sent out, please contact us first. A handling fee may apply for address changes after shipment.
Change Delivery Time/Hold On:
To modify the delivery time, if you are unable to receive the package at the estimated time shown by the courier, you can directly contact the courier to change it to a more suitable date. When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive detailed information from the courier.
Communication:
Ensure that our email (support@itsdoll.com) is not folded or blocked, and keep your phone number open so that you can receive our urgent messages at any time.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). We DO NOT ship to the following locations:
* Non-contiguous states: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI).
* Offshore territories: Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), Virgin Islands (VI), etc.
* Military Addresses: APO, FPO, and DPO addresses (Armed Forces Pacific, etc.).
Orders placed with shipping addresses to these locations will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

In-stock orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. For custom-made dolls, please refer to the production time above (3 weeks).
